'Crust & Craft Pizzeria.'s journey began with a vision: to offer true Neapolitan pizza in Via Vittorio Emanuele II. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our small family-oriented pizzeria flourished with recipes passed down through generations.

Marco Rossi, our establisher, mastered pizza-making while exploring Italy, apprenticing with esteemed Neapolitan pizzaiolos. Back in the UK, her mission was to recreate the essence of original Italian pizza, adhering to traditional methods and selecting only the finest ingredients.

Originally a humble 12-seat pizzeria, we've expanded into a cherished community fixture, all while preserving our dedication to excellence and authenticity. We continue to employ classic wood-fire oven techniques, prepare our dough every day, and source top-notch ingredients.

Presently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria. is still family-owned, with the Rossis' next generation steering our enthusiastic team. Though we have embraced certain contemporary enhancements, our core remains unchanged: making delicious, genuine pizza that unites people.
